1. Please treat the space with care.
2. Your timeslot includes setup & cleanup.

3. No shoes (slippers provided).
4. No smoking or alcohol.
5. No nude shoots.
6. Eat & drink only in the pantry or at the dining table – please wash your dishes.
7. Pets & children welcome when needed for your shoot.

8. Emergency exits must remain accessible at all times. No open flames or candles allowed.

PAYMENTS & CANCELLATION

1. You receive the invoice after your booking.

2. Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
3. Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your booking.
4. Less than 48 hours: 50% of the fee is charged.
5. No-show: Full price is charged.

HUISREGELS

1. Behandel de ruimte met zorg.
2. Je tijdslot is inclusief opbouw & opruimen.
3. Geen schoenen (slippers aanwezig).
4. Niet roken of alcohol drinken.
5. Geen naaktshoots.
6. Eten & drinken alleen in de pantry of aan de eettafel – graag de afwas even doen.
7. Huisdieren & kinderen welkom als ze nodig zijn voor je shoot.

8. Nooduitgangen moeten te allen tijde toegankelijk blijven. Open vuur en kaarsen zijn niet toegestaan.

BETALINGEN & ANNULERINGEN
1. Je ontvangt de factuur na je boeking.

2. We hanteren een betalingstermijn van 14 dagen.
3. Gratis annuleren tot 48 uur voor de boeking.
4. Binnen 48 uur: 50% van de kosten wordt in rekening gebracht.
5. No-show: Volledige kosten worden in rekening gebracht.
