1. The Booking

1.1 Home Is The Artist is a photo studio and event space. By booking, you automatically agree to these Terms & Conditions. 

1.2 The studio is available for 8-, 4- or 2-hour time timeslots.

1.2 You can book by emailing weare@homeistheartist.nl. Your booking is final after written confirmation.

1.3 You must adhere to our Houserules during your booking.


2. Payment & Cancellation

2.1 Invoices are sent through email, after your booking. And must be paid within 14 days of receipt.

2.2 You can cancel free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.

2.3 Cancellation less than 48 hours before your booking incurs a 50% fee.

2.4 No-show: You are charged the full amount.

2.5 If you need extra time and the schedule allows, you can extend your booking. Additional time is charged at the standard hourly rate. Extensions must be requested at least 30 minutes before your session ends.

2.6 If you finish earlier than expected, a 50% discount applies to remaining full hours, provided you inform us 30 minutes in advance.


3. Liability & Insurance

3.1 You are fully responsible for yourself, your team, and any equipment you bring. This includes liability for any damage or theft of objects and facilities in the studio during your booking.

3.2 Theft or damage must be reported at the end of the session.

3.3 By booking, you confirm that you have third-party liability insurance. Any damage or theft during your booking is 100% your responsibility. Theft will be reported to the police.


4. Studio Use & Maintenance

4.1 You must leave the studio clean and tidy after use. Cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt, damaged floors, dirty dishes, or stains on furniture. 

4.2 No shoes in the studio (slippers provided).

4.3 No smoking, alcohol, or nude shoots in the studio.

4.4 Eating & drinking only at the dining table or in the pantry – please wash your dishes.

4.5 Pets & children are welcome when part of your shoot.

4.5 Emergency exits must remain accessible at all times. No open flames or candles allowed.


5. Privacy & Content Use

5.1 We handle all information shared in the studio with care.

5.2 By booking, you consent to the use of security cameras for safety purposes.

5.3 With approval, content created in the studio may be used for promotional purposes on Home Is The Artist’s channels.

1. De Boeking

1.1 Home Is The Artist is een fotostudio en evenementen locatie. Door te boeken, ga je automatisch akkoord met deze Algemene Voorwaarden. 

1.2 De studio is beschikbaar voor 8-, 4- of 2-uur durige boekingen.

1.3 Boeken kan via weare@homeistheartist.nl. De boeking is definitief na schriftelijke bevestiging.

1.4 Tijdens je boeking dien je je te houden aan onze Huisregels.

2. Betaling & Annulering

2.1 Facturen worden na de boeking via de mail verstuurd. En dienen binnen 14 dagen betaald te worden.

2.2 Gratis annuleren tot 48 uur voor de boeking.

2.3 Annulering binnen 48 uur: 50% van het bedrag wordt in rekening gebracht.

2.4 No-show: Volledige kosten worden in rekening gebracht.

2.5 Extra tijd boeken kan indien de agenda dit toelaat. De kosten zijn volgens het reguliere uurtarief. Dit moet minimaal 30 minuten voor het einde van je boeking worden aangevraagd.

2.6 Bij een onverwachte vroege beëindiging geldt een 50% korting op de resterende volle uren, mits dit 30 minuten vooraf wordt gemeld.

3. Aansprakelijkheid & Verzekering

3.1 Je bent volledig verantwoordelijk voor jezelf, je team en je apparatuur. Dit geldt ook voor schade of diefstal van objecten en faciliteiten in de studio.

3.2 Schade of diefstal moet aan het einde van de boeking worden gemeld.

3.3 Door te boeken bevestig je dat je een aansprakelijkheidsverzekering hebt. Eventuele schade of diefstal tijdens je boeking wordt 100% bij jou in rekening gebracht. Diefstal wordt gemeld bij de politie.

4. Studiogebruik & Onderhoud

4.1 De studio dient netjes en schoon te worden achtergelaten. Extra schoonmaakkosten worden in rekening gebracht bij vuil, beschadigde vloeren, vuile vaat of vlekken op meubilair. Starttarief: €49 excl. BTW.

4.2 Geen schoenen in de studio (slippers aanwezig).

4.3 Niet roken, geen alcohol en geen naaktshoots.

4.4 Eten & drinken alleen aan de eettafel of in de pantry – graag de afwas even doen.

4.5 Huisdieren & kinderen zijn welkom als ze nodig zijn voor je shoot.

4.5 Nooduitgangen moeten te allen tijde toegankelijk blijven. Open vuur en kaarsen zijn niet toegestaan.

5. Privacy & Gebruik van Content

5.1 Wij behandelen alle informatie die in de studio wordt gedeeld zorgvuldig.

5.2 Door te boeken stem je in met het gebruik van beveiligingscamera’s voor veiligheid.

5.3 Met goedkeuring kan in de studio gemaakte content worden gebruikt voor promotionele doeleinden op de Home Is The Artist-kanalen.
